Due to recent U.S. import regulations, a new 19% tariff now applies to this product category. This tariff is charged directly by U.S. Customs and is not controlled by us. In addition, DHL has implemented a Shipping & Handling fee for processing imported goods. This fee covers DHL’s customs clearance services and is separate from the product price. We want to be fully transparent: these costs are mandatory government and carrier charges, not extra fees from us.
We do not earn anything from these fees—they are official charges required by U.S. Customs and DHL. Our goal is to remain transparent so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We don’t ship to PO BOX address
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SXParts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Remote area shipping cost.
Remote area address are required to pay $31 additional cost as per the quote from DHL. Shipping cost does NOT include extra costs defined as remote area shipping fees on DHL’s website, we will email to ask for $31 additional cost if your zip code is in remote area. Remote Area List here (Search your country's name and you'll see remote area post code) to check. You can provide us an alternative address which is not in DHL remote area list to avoid this cost.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@sxparts.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@sxparts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
