This is a brand new big bore kit for KLX140 and KLX150 2008-2024, this kit comes complete with :

– a New Cylinder – 63mm Piston – Wrist Pin – Rings – Clips – Gaskets

– Stage 3 camshaft with roller rocker arm design! increase your torque faster !!
we have developed new roller rocker for the custom camshaft to increase bottom-end response faster, the rocker arm specially designed for cams on this package. We have also customize the cylinder head to fit with the new rocker arm.

– Cylinder Head with Big Valve 31-25mm CNC ported
This cylinder head already ported and also have been customized for 63mm piston size

Now FREE performance valve springs, valve seal and cams bearings
Keep all your original parts, simply bolt it up!
Rejet the carb is needed after installing this kit, change with racing exhaust strongly recommended
